Magic the gathering (Forest) Broodguard Elite #0175 - Edge of Eternities - MTG Card (English) Uncommon

Broodguard Elite is a green Creature — Insect Knight from Magic: The Gathering – Edge of Eternities. It costs and enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters on it, making its power and toughness equal to X. When it leaves the battlefield, you put the same number of each kind of counter it had onto another target creature you control. Its Warp ability costs , allowing you to cast it for a reduced cost, exile it at the beginning of the next end step, and cast it again from exile on a later turn. This makes Broodguard Elite a flexible creature for counter-based strategies and decks that can benefit from transferring counters to another creature.

Illustrated by Paolo Parente, Broodguard Elite features an insect-like knight suited to the science-fiction setting of Edge of Eternities. Released in August 2025 as an uncommon card, it supports +1/+1 counter synergies and offers value when it leaves the battlefield, including when its Warp effect exiles it. It is a useful addition for green creature decks, counter-focused Commander builds, and collectors completing the Edge of Eternities set.
