Magic the gathering (Forest) Chocobo Racetrack #0179 - FINAL FANTASY - MTG Card (English) Uncommon

Chocobo Racetrack #0179 is an uncommon Artifact from Magic: The Gathering — FINAL FANTASY. It costs 3 (three generic mana and two green mana) and has Landfall: whenever a land you control enters the battlefield, you create a 2/2 green Bird creature token with the ability “Whenever a land you control enters, this token gets +1/+0 until end of turn.” This makes Chocobo Racetrack especially effective in land-focused decks, allowing you to build a flock of Birds and increase their power whenever additional lands enter the battlefield.

Inspired by the Chocobo racing theme from FINAL FANTASY VII, this card brings a recognizable element of the video game series into Magic’s Universes Beyond collection. Illustrated by Bachzim, it combines artifact-based engine building with repeatable creature generation. Its synergy with land drops makes it a fun option for green Commander and casual decks, as well as a collectible card for FINAL FANTASY fans. The set was released in June 2025.
