Magic the gathering (Island) Goliath Sphinx #0099 - Commander Masters - MTG Card (English) Common

Goliath Sphinx is a common blue creature from Magic: The Gathering – Commander Masters. Costing seven mana, this enormous Sphinx offers an impressive 8/7 body with flying, making it a powerful aerial threat capable of dealing substantial damage to opponents.

Its flying ability allows it to bypass most ground-based blockers, while its high power and toughness make it a formidable late-game creature. Goliath Sphinx is a straightforward addition to blue decks that benefit from large flying creatures, particularly casual Commander, creature-focused and big-mana strategies.

Although it has no additional abilities beyond flying, its substantial stats make it an imposing battlefield presence and a useful option for players looking for affordable large creatures.
